Offroam offers a discount on most products to a wide range of military employees, first responders and teachers in US and Canada. If you are a veteran, serve in the military or help protect and educate, please reach out to us at hello@getoffroam.com or text us 415 592-7626 for a discount code.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returns either through the discounted prepaid label option or paying for postage in full with the carrier of your choosing.

Your Canadian Offroam orders are packed and shipped on weekdays from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario. Most orders placed by 11 am EST will leave the warehouse the same day.

Please note that the shipping times refer to transit time and do not include order processing time. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Canada Post.

Yes, we do. Visit our USA store getoffroam.com to learn more. International shipping costs are higher than domestic due owing to export documentation and international carrier rates. Quoted carrier rates do not include local taxes, duties or brokerage fees. It is customer's responsibility to cover any applicable local taxes, duties and brokerage fees. 

Your Offroam mount is custom-designed to fit your truck perfectly. The mount is designed to stay on the air vent even over rough roads. If your base does not hold on your vehicle follow the following troubleshooting steps and reach out to hello@getoffroam.com or text us 415 592-7626 for assistance. We would be more than happy to help you troubleshoot.

STEP 1: Check if you purchased and received the correct model.

• As vehicle manufacturers update their models, they tend to produce both outgoing and re-designed models in the same year. For instance, in 2018 Jeep produced both JK and JL Wranglers. Make sure to check both the model year and the year of manufacture of your vehicle. Reach out to us for assistance when in doubt.

STEP 2: Confirm that your air vent is not modified.

• Offroam air vent base is specifically made to fit only OEM air vents. Any modifications, such as Meso Customs Crome Delete package for Toyota Tacoma, are not compatible.

STEP 3: Confirm you followed installation instructions. 

• Both screws need to be tight. As you install your base, please alternate between left and right screws at least 5 times - until both are snug. Failure to do so, will get one side tight while releasing the tension on the other side. This means the screws will rattle out and not hold the phone.
