Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returns either through the discounted prepaid label option or paying for postage in full with the carrier of your choosing.

Your Canadian Offroam orders are packed and shipped on weekdays. Most orders placed by 11 am EST will leave the warehouse the same day.

Please note that the shipping times refer to transit time and do not include order processing time. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Canada Post.

Quoted carrier rates do not include local taxes, duties or brokerage fees. It is customer's responsibility to cover any applicable local taxes, duties and brokerage fees.
