Refund policy

If you'd like to return your Offroam product, please ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase. We make returns super easy - a refund will be issued as soon as the product is received and verified by our returns processing facility.


Request Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Send an email to hello@getoffroam.com requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and details. Ensure you include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • (Optional) Reason for return

Once we receive that information a member of the Customer Service team will be in contact with details on how to ship the items back.


You are responsible for the costs of safe and robust packaging and shipping the product back to us. Please choose shipping service with a tracking number to avoid lost packages. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under normal and reasonable use (for example, if the Product is damaged due to abuse or disassembly of the Product) cannot be returned for a refund.


DO NOT SEND ANY PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT RMA.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product (in case you bought it for the wrong model), please reach out to us at hello@getoffroam.com and either Alex or Travis will get back to you with next steps.
