Mount may be more steady if it’s a bit wider!
Canadian store only have limited offers compared to American store. eg. No Mag safe mount and other components to choose from.

The Allen key supplied was the wrong size for the screw. No metric or imperial Allen key fits - so it cannot be tightened sufficiently

Support reached out to help you locate the 3mm metric Allen key that is included in the box.

Please check the instructions, the two bottom screws with a smaller size are not a part of the installation. Please use the screw that goes through the ball the mount the base - then the included 3mm L-key will fit.

Decided to give it a try, so far very good traveled 1000km in few days and used this holder extensively so it has been tested well and met my expectation. You get what you pay.
